entry number 2
I still haven't decided what I'm going to do with this thing. I love my LJ -- I pay for my LJ, so I better love it -- but I guess a separate journal for more personal updates couldn't hurt. And by personal I mean one sentence about work or school and my latest CD purchases.
Today was Big Bad Stats Exam Number 2; I don't think I did particularly well (that would suggest I finished it). I can follow in class -- I'm even one of the obnoxious front-row kids who participates! -- but it just doesn't register when it comes to producing it on my own. ...So I bought Jolin Tsai's Dancing Diva -- her latest original album -- as a pick-me-up.
I really like it so far; I haven't listened to a lot (the clear slip case is cool and all, but it makes getting the CDs in and out a bit of a pain. I don't want to touch it), nor have I watched the DVD, but I've like what I sampled. Her single collection was also on the shelves, but I decided to save that for a later date (...more than likely tomorrow).
And mind not my sad little nails. One broke and I had to do an emergency filing. D: I blame the heat and work. Mostly the heat.
Edit: How much does it suck that you can only browse Amazon? I want to set up a collection. D: Is it worth it to upload the images manually? Is there even space to do that?

LJ = too much love especially considering how long many of us have been using it. :)
Hope you did well on your exam and that album looks pretty nifty! :3 (I agree about the whole Amazon thing, too. I need like Amazon JP or something...)
I'm still relatively new to LJ (I've been there about a year and a half?), I totally know what you mean. And it's so customizable! I don't want to leave it.
Thanks for the good luck wishes (they are needed) and the album does look pretty nifty! :p The Cpop CDs always seems to have really fun packaging, but it makes it hard to store them.
I'm surprised you don't have Amazon JP since you, you know, live there (in Japan, that is). I had assumed it was localized for whatever reason. It'd be nice if they could give us access to the international Amazons.
